CRMA Chicago is a member-driven, non-profit organization of professionals who share an intense interest in the Customer Relationship Management area. We analyze and discuss the trends, developments, and direction of the CRM business area.

History of CRM Association

CRMA Chicago is a chapter of the Customer Relationship Management Association (CRMA). CRMA was founded in March 2000. CRMA launched its first chapter in Atlanta, under the name "CRMSouthEast", in May 2000. CRMA has launched chapters all over United States.
