The CRMA is a professional organization established to provide a forum for
education, networking and practical advice in the disciplines of Customer
Relationship Management.
CRMA-Chicago is part of a growing national organization founded two years ago. Although existing
Chicago-area professional associations occasionally address customer
relationship topics, there is no focused community that regularly considers this
business-critical topic. CRMA-Chicago addresses that gap.

We are in the process of assembling a panel of executives who can reflect on these and related
questions from the perspective of experience. There is an open call for executives from qualifying
