Recent survey data indicates that CRM is a top
priority for most organizations. Many companies are in the planning
phases for CRM, looking for insight and answers about the best way

CRMA-Chicago sponsorship includes the following
benefits:

Meetings and Activities
Meetings are held quarterly and focus on current
industry topics and developments.
In addition to regularly scheduled meetings special
events are hosted each year, some in conjunction with Chicago-area
organizations with similar missions. Educational seminars and
lectures are presented several times during the year addressing
current CRM challenges and issues.

Event Sponsor - $2,000 per (limit of up to 3 per
meeting)
- Corporate table at the event to use for marketing materials,
computer-assisted presentations and demonstrations, discussions,
etc. with room to display your corporate sign and organization
logo. You may also staff the table during the pre-event networking
reception.
- Corporate company listing and/or logo on all event-related
marketing pieces (email, direct mail etc.) and press materials
(effective from day after your sponsorship check is received until
the day following your sponsored event).
- Hotlink from CRMA-Chicago web site to sponsor's web site
(hotlink will remain at CRMA-Chicago site from day after
sponsorship check is received until day following meeting).
- Meeting passes for up to two company representatives.
- Four additional meeting passes for clients.
Corporate Sponsorship
Gold Level Sponsor: $5,000 - (limit 10 for
2002-03)
- Company table at (2) two meetings to use for marketing
materials, computer-assisted presentations and demonstrations,
discussions etc with room to display your corporate sign and
organization logo. You may also staff the table during the
pre-event networking reception.
- Corporate logo on the CRMA-Chicago web site and on all
event-related e-mails and press materials pertaining to those two
meetings.
- Corporate logo and/or company listing at CRMA-Chicago web site
for one year.
- Hotlink from CRMA-Chicago web site to sponsor's web site for
duration of one year.
- Meeting passes for up to two company representatives for each
quarterly meeting.
- Four additional meeting passes for clients for quarterly
meetings.
- Discount Exhibitor rates at special events / tradeshows hosted
by CRMA-Chicago.
- Use of CRMA-Chicago database by independent mailing house for
one mailing (note: CRMA-Chicago will NOT release contact
information of its members or attendees to sponsors; this mailing
will be handled through a third party and sponsors will at no time
have direct access to the database list).
NOTE: Some restrictions may apply to co-sponsored

Platinum Level Sponsor: $10,000 (Limit 5 for
2002-03)
- Company table at each quarterly meeting to use for marketing
materials, computer-assisted presentations and demonstrations,
discussions etc with room to display your corporate sign and
organization logo. You may also staff the table during the
pre-event networking reception.
- One meeting with special assigned area to demo product /
services prior to meeting.
- Logo displayed at all four quarterly meetings.

of one year.

People/business entities are not deemed a "sponsor" until
sponsorship money has been received by CRMA-Chicago.
- Sponsors will in no way exercise control over meeting content
or over the organization at large.
- CRMA-Chicago will not provide sponsors with direct contact
information of attendees.
- Meeting sponsors must arrive at event facility and set up
collateral/tables at least 30 minutes prior to onset of meeting.
- If desired, sponsors may bring additional signage for their
table, either in the form of a tabletop sign or an easel to place
behind the table.
History of CRM Association
CRMA Chicago is a chapter of the Customer
Relationship Management Association (CRMA). CRMA was founded in
March 2000. CRMA launched its first chapter in Atlanta, under the
name "CRMSouthEast", in May 2000, and is launching chapters all over
the United States.
